Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation at The Indus Valley.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Hotel Check-in time is 12:00 hours and check-out time is 10:00 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period Charges
30 days prior to Check-In One room night to be charged
29 to 15 days prior to Check-In 50% amount to be charged
14 days or less prior to Check-In 100% amount to be charged

Payment Terms: 50% of amount to be deposited on booking & balance amount to be paid 5 days prior to Check-In.

Extensions and Children

  • An extension of stay is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made.
  • Children up to 7 years old can stay free of charge.
  • Children above 7 years old will be charged as per extra adult rate.

Identification Requirements

Photo-identity proof is required while checking-in.

Indian Nationals
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhaar Card
Foreign Nationals
  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Visa

Liability and Damage

  • The Hotel does not accept liability for loss caused by events beyond its control (flight delays, medical emergencies, civil disturbance, strikes, theft, terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, floods, accidents, etc.).
  • The Hotel has a strict non-refund policy.
  • No-show payments will be charged as per the booking and cancellation policy.
  • Guests are liable for damage to Hotel assets; the Hotel may levy charges for damage caused by guests.
  • The Hotel takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal possessions.

Guest Conduct and Safety

  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in rooms.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to send guests away due to conduct, behavior, safety/security/medical reasons, or discriminatory/harassing behavior.

Valuables and Lost Property

  • Valuables can be stored in safety deposit boxes in rooms.
  • Lost property is logged and kept for three months, then disposed of or donated to charity.
  • Valet parking is at the Guest's risk; the Hotel is not accountable for valuables in parked vehicles.

Hotel's Rights and Limitations

  • The Hotel may cancel reservations at its absolute discretion.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for losses from reservation cancellations.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The Hotel is not liable for failure to comply with conditions due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
